Francis Hartley is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 22 years of military service followed by extensive civilian experience in project and program management, information technology, telecommunications, defense, and aerospace.
His military background includes technical communications and network infrastructure as well as senior enlisted leadership responsibilities. Following his military career, he built extensive civilian project and program management experience across commercial technology, telecommunications, defense, and aerospace environments.
